Lon­don — US-​​based fash­ion brand Maiyet, known for it cel­e­bra­tion of rare arti­sanal skills from places such as India, Indone­sia, Italy and Peru, has been awarded the cov­eted But­ter­fly Mark for its com­mit­ted to qual­ity, crafts­man­ship and respon­si­ble sourcing.

Awarded by Pos­i­tive Lux­ury, the organ­i­sa­tion that com­mu­ni­cates and cel­e­brates lux­ury brands’ sus­tain­able actions, the But­ter­fly Mark is a seal of approval that enables con­sumers to recog­nise a brand as being trust­wor­thy, as well as show­cas­ing a brands com­mit­ment to peo­ple and the plant, through sourc­ing trace­abil­ity poli­cies and com­mu­nity devel­op­ment activities.
